With us, you’ll move on your time, on your terms. We move on sacred ground—Kumeyaay land—in honor of the strippers and sex workers who created this culture. Formerly San Diego Pole Dance Academy, we’re the city’s longest-standing studio. When you flow with us, you flow for real.
Real talk… TPC isn’t a franchise fantasy or a bubblegum pop purity take on pole as “fitness for everybody.” This isn’t fitness. This is resistance. Pole was never meant for everyone. Energy attracts energy. No Karens allowed.
We center othered bodies, misfits, outsiders, allies, and those who feel something “different.” Come as you are. You are the source.
We're built different too. Not by design, but from our truth. Our details are delicious. Our roots run deep. Our truths are not commercialized and watered down to profit off your practice. Our magic is real. TPC is sex worker-owned, stripper-led, and held by the collective.
The logistics? We’ve got those. It’s our job to show up for you, after all. Life moves fast, but our time together doesn’t have to. Call us (leave a message if we’re away dancing), text us, or email us anytime—we’ll be there to hook you up as you get into the studio flow.
This journey is a sacred one. The thing about pole is: you have to want it. You don’t have to be “ready”—because what does that even mean—but you do have to be curious. Pole is unique. It’ll challenge you. It’ll sting at times. But it will open you in ways no other movement can. Pole is a conduit.
The fact that you’ve made it this far? It’s a sign. It means you’re invested in YOU. It means your “Pole Yes” lives within. A yearning for something more, something different, is alive.
